ABOUT
This is not bridal as you know it. This is Brit Day Bridal. A celebration of self-expression, where tradition is challenged and individuality takes centre stage.

WHO WE ARE
For the bride searching for more...
Brit Day Bridal is for the bride who refuses to be defined by tradition, who dares to make the most important day of her life unmistakably hers.
Our pieces aren't just about the dress; they're about creating an entire wedding experience shaped by individuality, emotion, and fearless self-expression.
With meticulous craftsmanship, rebellious spirit, and romance at our core, we design for those who want more and who won't settle for anything less.

REBELLION WITHIN
We’re not anti-tradition, we’re anti-expectation.
We believe a bride has the right to write her own rules.
To walk down the aisle alone. Barefoot. Or not at all.
We believe beauty belongs to her. Not to the industry, not to family opinion, not to outdated ideals of purity or perfection.
We believe femininity can be fierce. And power can be soft.
Our work doesn’t scream for attention.
It lingers. It challenges.
It dares you to feel something.
Brit Day is the designer behind Brit Day Bridal, an independent label redefining bridal with an obsession for fabric, an eye for detail, and an unapologetic flair for doing things differently.
Her journey began at home, surrounded by fabric scraps and bold ideas, taught to sew by her mum, who remains integral to her process, her muse, and her partner in creation. Together, they shape each piece with patience, curiosity, and laughter, a bond stitched through every collection.
After completing a Bachelor of Fashion Design in New Zealand and running an earlier ready-to-wear label, Brit turned her focus to bridal couture. A defining moment came when she created her best friend’s wedding dress, followed by another, each time capturing their individuality and the details that made their day truly theirs. These experiences cemented her calling: to design couture pieces that are as personal as they are unforgettable.
Her process begins not with sketches but with fabric, the way it drapes, folds, and moves. Each couture piece is sculpted by instinct and emotion, designed for the bride who knows who she is and isn’t afraid to show it.
For Brit, couture is not about rules or tradition. It’s about individuality, intimacy, and the art of self-expression.
